General Information

Deliveries are made using the most suitable service for the size of the order. Small packages are normally sent via mail service - larger packages or crates are sent via FedEx express door to door or TNT Air door to door or door to airport.

Delivery Times

You will be informed of delivery time & emailed or faxed with tracking documents – depending on size of order, allow 2 to 4 weeks.

Cancellations

No cancellations are accepted.

Returns/Exchanges

We want you to be happy with the products and the service you receive from us. If there is a problem with your product, please contact us in the first instance and let us know. We’ll do our best to sort it out for you as quickly as possible. The Directors at the company are happy to discuss any problem you may have on a personal basis to resolve complaints quickly.

We guarantee the workmanship & quality of our moulds. Any manufacturing defect will either be repaired or a replacement mould will be shipped. We will also replace any mould that is damaged in transit.

In the case of a damaged mould we normally require photographic evidence or return of moulds for examination to enable an insurance claim.

Note: Faulty workmanship claims must be made within 21 days of receipt of goods.

Refunds

No refunds are available - replacement, exchange or repair only.

Damaged Packages

Damage claims must be made upon unpacking of goods or 24 hours of receipt.
